AgingWellCare ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through agingwellcare.com and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us through our forms:

• Free Care Assessment form: the care recipient's name, age and relationship to you, the services you're considering, any notes you share about the situation, and your own name, phone and email.
• Contact form: your name, email, phone, the service you're asking about, and your message.
• Careers application: your name, phone, email, the position you're interested in, a description of your experience, and a resume file if you choose to attach one.

We do not use tracking cookies or sell any information to third parties.

How We Use It

Information submitted through our forms is used only to respond to your request, follow up about care or employment, and keep an internal record of the conversation. Care assessment and contact details are used to arrange a free consultation; careers information is used to evaluate your application.

Who Sees It

Form submissions go directly to AgingWellCare's owner and staff. We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send these notifications, and Cloudflare to host the site and process form submissions. We do not share your information with any other third party except as required by law.

How Long We Keep It

We keep the information you submit for as long as it's useful to your care or employment relationship with us, or as required by Arizona recordkeeping rules for home care agencies, whichever is longer.

Your Choices

You can ask us to delete information you've submitted at any time by contacting us below, unless we're required to keep it by law.
