Nothing on this site is medical advice, and using this site does not create a care agreement, that happens through a separate, signed service agreement after your free assessment.
You may browse this site and submit our forms for legitimate purposes: requesting a care assessment, contacting us, or applying for a position. You agree not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
